About us
Asking for mental health support can be intimidating. As a former teacher, I take pride in structuring my sessions in a collaborative, positive, solution-focused manner. I believe it is important for my clients to feel comfortable during session so we can focus on their concerns and help them to live their lives as the best possible version of themselves. My prior experience has honed my abilities to address trauma, and histories of abuse and family dysfunction. My clinical specialties include perinatal mental health, trauma and PTSD, gender identity and LGBTQ+ affirming approaches, anxiety, stress management and depression.
