About us

Amanda Gambill, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who offers comprehensive care with specialized interests in rural health, psychiatry, addiction medicine and LGBTQ health. Dr. Gambill enjoys caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Originally from North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, she completed her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University and went to medical school at University of North Carolina School of Medicine. Her family medicine residency was completed at AnMed Health in Anderson, South Carolina.

After residency, she practiced in rural North Carolina for several years and completed a fellowship in rural medicine at Mountain Area Health Center in Asheville.

She now lives in South Carolina with her spouse, two cats and a dog. She is excited to be back in the Palmetto State delivering care to her community.
