About us: Master Instructor, 7th Degree Black Belt, 40 Years experience in the Martial Arts,AAU National Forms, Grand Champion, Member VFW (Veteran of Foreign Wars), Life member of the DAV (disabled American veterans).

Rick Ostrander has been a chief instructor since 1982. A seventh degree Black Belt, he has won many tournaments with his unique, flawless kata performances, in addition to his expertise in weapons training.

He loves working with children and adults alike, and has found that his 40 years of martial arts training has helped in all aspects of his life, knowledge which he is eager to share with his students.

It is with his guidance that many of our current programs were developed. As a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserves, Rick brings over 25 years of military experience to the studio, offering an excellent balance of martial arts training and physical fitness training.
