About Kris Thieme Prior to joining American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2001, Kris was a new college graduate working in corporate America. But that career fell short of his expectations. Financially struggling, he began working nights and weekends at a local restaurant just to make ends meet. He decided to join AIL because he believed in the Company. “I love the products that we provide our customers, the unique market we serve, and the opportunity to grow within a company and have a long-term career,” says Kris. Kris’s career with AIL allowed his to grow professionally and personally. In his free time, Kris enjoys spending time with his fiancé and puppies exploring hiking trails in New Hampshire.
