Before he joined American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 1996, Robert Hughes was a member of the United States Army, working in communications and receiving trade, technical, and vocational training. “Upon discharge from the military, I was attracted to AIL because I could earn unlimited lifetime income,” recalls Rob. “The opportunity to become an Agency Owner was the fulfillment of a major career goal ... to help American Income Life become a billion-dollar organization. I also love the sense of pride that comes with Agency ownership. As a veteran, I have a blue-collar background, but my time with AIL has given me decades of experience in the financial services industry.
