I wish I could give NO stars. I spent over $800 with this company and when they ruined a Christmas surprise for 2 very special people in my life due to them overlooking my order I was given false promises and a 3 month battle.I called over 50 times to get my issue fixed. Never received a phone call email or anything! I was told to write the owner (Larry Farley) and still nothing. I was spoken to with foul language, uncalled for tones as if I was dirt. There entire staff is unprofessional trash in my opinion. They were quick to take my money but no so quick to fix THEIR ERROR. Beware of this company!!! No one seems to be happy with them. TRUST me, their poor level of professionalism shows in everything they do. I have never been so taken advantage of.Words can't even begin to describe the disappointment in this thing they call a business! It’s an absolute joke. Save you money and go elsewhere. I will be sure to use all media networks available to get the word out about this sad...
