America's Best Defense is a great place to get in shape and have fun while doing it. The workouts are exciting and interesting, and everyone there is very supportive. An intense hour-long workout will be over before you know it because you'll be having so much fun!

If you want to get in great shape while having the best time of your life, this is the place to go! The instructors are amazing and truly care about their students. It's just like having a second family. Why wouldn't you want to get in shape with your best friends?! I definitely recommend trying out a class. You will love it and will want to keep coming back for more to watch the pounds melt off. I feel great every time I leave class and can't wait to go back for more!

ILoveKickboxing, found at America's Best Defense Spencer is an awesome place for a great workout. The people at the gym, which is next door, are missing out on real exercise.
