My name is Estevan Mendez and Broker of Ameristate Realty. Ameristate Realty was founded in 2005 by my wife Marisol Mendez. Marisol was a Real Estate Broker and a Mortgage Broker between 2005-2009. Marisol is currently a sales counselor with Longlake new home builder and well versed in new home and first time home buyer experience.

I am a Real Estate Professional in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area. It has been my greatest pleasure to have helped many families close on their properties in the Houston Area. I am committed to making sure that your buying/selling experience is an enjoyable one. I am passionate about what I do and always looking out for the best interest of my clients.
