I took my laptop to Ames because it failed to boot & was told the hard drive was shot. I took it to a professional I. T. person and they were able to diagnose the problem and log in & out successfully without ever changing the hard drive. Would I recommend Ames Computer. DEFINITELY NOT - SORRY YOU GET A HUGE THUMBS DOWN.
