Amy Alexanian, MD, entered medicine to follow the simple desire to help relieve suffering. Dr. Alexanian chose family medicine because she enjoys long-term and multigenerational relationships with families. She cares for people in the same way she wants her family to be treated. She emphasizes preventive care, preventing illness through healthy lifestyle habits and treating illness in a way that maximizes quality of life. Married with three children, Dr. Alexanian enjoys spending her free time reading, spending time in the outdoors, watching her children's sporting events and relaxing with her family.
