I went to see Amy for my anxiety and obsessive thoughts. It was a much different experience from the other therapist I had seen in the past. My previous therapist had let me “vent” about all the negatives in my life. I would leave the appointment feeling angry and resentful about my situation. This is not the case with Amy. She helps you learn how to change your perspective in life, and how you react to situations. Now that Amy has helped me, my job is no longer a major stress to me. I am much more confident as well.
