About us
It is my pleasure to work with women throughout their lifespan. Working in obstetrics, teaching childbirth classes, and working as a women’s health nurse practitioner has shown me that women are complex and no two women’s needs are the same through their journey. My focus is always on the whole women and wellness. I know that women are sharing their story with me, and my goal is provide the resources and answers to help them pick the best contraception, protect their bodies through screening, prepare for their pregnancy, have the birth experience they deserve, embrace the adventure of motherhood, and thrive through midlife and menopause.
