I have lived here for 5 months and have had 3 maintenance issues thus far. Andante Apartment's building structure is horrible and cannot even withhold a rainy day. I recently had horrible roof leaks from a storm in which has ruined an antique love-seat of mine that I inherited from passed family members. Andante Apartments not only has taken several days to repair the roof leaks, but has also refused any help to assist me with at least cleaning my ruined love-seat (which doesn't even come close to my insurance deductible). Yes I have Renters Insurance, but it was their crappy structure that caused damage to my personal property. I will NEVER lease from this corporation again and give them a -5 rating.
