This evening I had the hot water in our ensuit shower refusing to turn off - our regular plumber did not see the event as an emergency warranting a call out at 9:30 in the evening. I called Anderson Plumbing as an alternative and outlined the situation. The person I spoked to walked me through how to turn off the hot water myself - a fix that will do us in the morning when we can get our plumber out, and which will save me a service charge. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of the person who helped me.

I have used Anderson Plumbing for years. Last week I called them to have a new water heater installed. They had it ready the next day for installation. I wasn`t expecting that quick of a turnaround, that was a pleasant surprise! When they were done with the installation, they made sure I understood everything, ran all the tests, taught me all the features, and setup the digital settings, which I`m terrible at.
