Anderson's Heating and Air Conditioning

Discovered there was no cool air coming through the vents last week, even though the outside unit was working. Called Anderson, with whom I have a twice annual service agreement and they sent someone out this morning. John L. was the technician who came out to service the A/C unit and determines what the problem was. What an AWESOME young man! A true asset to the company. He was honest about the problem and able to get the part needed to repair it. John L. called me at work to let me know he got the part and was more than willing to return this evening, when I got home from work, to install it. As I sit typing this review, with cool air finally filtering through the vents and cooling the house, I am so very grateful to Anderson's and especially John L, the technician, for taking time out of his evening to return to the house to make the necessary repairs. Thank you, Anderson's. And thank you John L. You were a pleasure to work with and I truly appreciate your honesty and your generosity
