As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (BC-PMHNP) with over 10 years of experience, I am dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through telepsychiatry. I specialize in treating a broad range of adult psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, women's mental health, and other life stressors.
I employ a holistic approach, integrating supportive therapeutic modalities with psychotropic medication management, when appropriate. I am passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships with my patients and am committed to helping individuals regain control of their mental health and live their best lives.
