As a colorectal surgeon at Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA), Phoenix, Dr. Andrew Kassir performs complex colorectal procedures. He cares for patients with colorectal malignancies, ranging from the earliest to advanced stages of disease. Joining CTCA® in August 2021, Dr. Kassir incorporates whole-person components of health and well-being into the process of fighting cancer.

At CTCA, Dr. Kassir focuses on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the large intestine through surgical treatment options. Dedicated to using the most advanced treatment options, Dr. Kassir incorporates robotic and minimally invasive techniques for colorectal diseases, as well as new technology and interventions. "Using minimally invasive surgical technologies, I strive to reduce surgical complications and speed recovery, where possible," he notes.
