About us
At Andy Mountain, we pride ourselves on our rich history proudly set in the beautiful state of Iowa. We trace our history all the way back to the 1940s when Bob and Mae Daubendiek purchased 65 acres of land and began clearing the property.
Robert & Debra Vavra, purchased it. When we purchased the property we began to expand and improve the property; including updating the electrical system, sewer system, and other infrastructure. In 2007, we added the cabins to the property.
