I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Texas and have been seeing clients for over 7 years. I absolutely love counseling and walking through the process of healing and change with others. I am very laid back and provide all my clients with a safe non-judgmental environment for them to develop and heal to become the healthiest version of themselves they can be. I have seen individual, group and couples counseling for several non-profits. I have taught classes on emotional healing and perform premarital and marital enrichment counseling through Prepare-Enrich.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and based on the individual client and what works best for them. I believe counseling is a collaborative effort between the client and myself. I believe each person coming into my office is unique and an individual. Some of my treatment approaches include Art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Counseling, Integrative, Play therapy, Solution focused, trauma focused and more.

During my free time I enjoy laughing with my family, snuggling with my toddler and two dogs, reading, cooking, running, cold weather and just about anything outdoors and in nature.
