All orders are made to order using the premium quality ingredients. The process begins by pouring a premium ice cream base onto a metal plate that can get as cold as -15 degrees Fahrenheit. The ice cream is then quickly scraped with metal paddles, adding in a customer’s selected ingredients such as Graham Crackers, Vanilla, Nutella, Banana that is chopped and smashed together and spread into a thin layer. In just two minutes, the ice cream firms up and it’s scraped into chubby rolls, ready to serve. Some of the flavors include Knocking on Heaven's Door, which is Vanilla, Nutella and Banana, then there is Fly Me to the Moon a combination of Vanilla, Banana and Strawberry or Dark Angel
which is Deep Dark Chocolate and Raspberry. There is even a non-dairy vegan option Cocomo Kokomo  which starts with a Coconut base infused with Roasted Almond and Toasted Coconut Flakes. No matter the flavor that is selected, there are no additives, GMO products, chemical stabilizers, or preservatives.
