Angeli Jain, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing at Care Rite, PLLC, which has locations in Dyersburg, Halls, and Brentwood, Tennessee. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
Dr. Jain graduated from Kasturba Medical College in Maniipal India in 2001 and completed residency in Family Medicine in 2006 from the University of Tennessee Family Practice Program with Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
Dr. Jain's special interests include pediatrics, women's health, hormonal therapy, and bariatrics (weight management).
