Welcome to the Animal Hospital of Lindale! The veterinarians and staff would like to welcome you and your pet at Animal Hospital of Lindale. We recognize that a veterinary visit may be stressful for your pet and you, and we will try to make your visit comfortable and as painless as possible. Our clinic knows how much your pet means to you. After all, they are family members and your family deserves the best. At AHL, our goal is to provide the best quality and professional veterinary care for your pet . The welfare of your companion is our highest priority. We are staffed with two caring and compassionate veterinarians to attend to your animal, Dr. Max Dow and Dr. Conrad Leissler. Both veterinarians have 20 + years of experience and both have graduated from the finest veterinary school, Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Dow graduated from veterinary school in 1984. After graduation he and his wife, Beverly moved to Smith County where he has practiced since graduation. He is the current owner of the practice. He is currently at the practice part-time and is only at Animal Hospital on Fridays and Saturdays. He is now the Director for Area 3 for the Texas Animal Health Commission in Fort Worth. Dr. Conrad Leissler graduated from veterinary school in 1964 and owned Preston North Animal Hospital in Dallas. He and several veterinarians in Dallas were the first to establish the well renowned Emergency Small Animal Clinics in Dallas. He and his wife recently moved to Hide-a-Way Lake. He has been with Animal Hospital of Lindale since July, 2007. Our hospital’s philosophy is to provide the highest quality care for your companion to the best of our abilities. We maintain excellent relationships with regional specialists for those times when only a specialist’s care is needed. We strive to maintain a clean and friendly hospital while you entrust us with your pet’s care.
