Anne Kramer, AGNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in cardiovascular disease who sees patients 18 years and older. She provides care for patients with various cardiovascular conditions, including arrhythmias, heart disease, heart failure, high blood pressure, dyslipidemia and coronary artery disease. Additionally, she provides preoperative cardiology testing and post-surgical follow-up.
