This company took items (that were family heirlooms) for appraisal, and then never returned them. These items belonged to my great grand parents, and have been handed down for generations. When my father passed away last year, we asked this company to help us sell part of the estate, and in order to fairly split up our inheritance, we also asked him to give us appraisals on items we specifically told him were not for sale. He claims to have never seen these items, let alone taken them. However we have him on video not only holding them and talking about them, but also packing them up, and leaving with them. Many of the items we told him were okay to sell at auction for set prices, he claims he sold them for less than we agreed to. We have proof that these items sold for more.
