He fixed it! Brandon Butts, the owner of the Anything Computers repair shop made a house call to fix my computer which he did in less than 30 mins. In no time my pc was running like new.
Brandon spoke to me on my level of computer know-how and explained the problem in language I could understand. It's nice to deal with a computer expert who doesn't make you feel like an idiot. And on top of that, he understood the problem right away, he explained it to me, and then he showed me how to prevent the same thing from happening again.
