About us
Planting Appleseeds to Transcend Hope (P.A.T.H.) is a 501 (c) 3 , community-based program that provides transitional housing with supportive services for at-risk females, ages 17-21, who are transitioning from the foster care system or who have exited the foster care program. Our program works on core values and strategies, to produce measurable outcomes. We believe each participant will gain independence from belonging, producing, and ultimately making life changes to become resilient.
