Appliance Pro's in Tempe are thiefs! They say they will replace parts in your appliance but they do not and charge very high prices. They claimed to have put a new transmission in my washer. When the machine broke a few months later they came out and said another part would have to be replaced and they would do it for free. The only problem was that was the last time I saw them. The owners name is Bill Emerson and he will tell you how much of a great guy he is. He tells you he is the most honest repair guy out there. In other words,he lies right to your face! He never came back so I called another company out and that's how I found out that Bill never changed anything in my washer in fact he put 4 of my bath towels in the bottom of the machine in case it started leaking. This guy is defiantly a CON ARTIST. BEWARE!! He has 17 complaints and an F rating with the BBB. He has been known to go by many different company names. The 2 I know of are Appliance Pros and Appliance Specialists....
