I got a problem with my washer three days ago. My washer suddenly stopped spinning and no matter how many times I pressed the reset button and started it, still no signs of any spinning from my washer. I decided to get some expert help to resolve the issue with my washer. I got their hotline from their website and gave them a call. They were able to patch me a schedule the next day. Their friendly and highly skilled servicemen arrived on time and went in to analyze the problem with my washer. It's amazing how they quickly identified the cause of the problem and implemented an effective solution. Until now, my washer is still working just fine with no other issues so far. I saved their number in case I, or some of my friends will need a quality and fast appliance repair.

These guys were a life saver. I just got home after a convention for 5 days in New York and when I got home and start making out my laundry, my washing machine was not functioning properly. The spin is not rotating really slowly and the sound coming off from the machine is weird like its being overloaded. BTW I know the capacity of my washing machine and that was not it. I could go to a laundry shop to have my laundry done but that would totally beat the point of having a washing machine. So I called my sister and asked if she knows someone who would be good in repairing stuff and he referred me to these guys. I called their phone and this guy was really polite and their technician was actually very prompt in responding to my call. So now I’ve realized, I actually like their service for I can count on them. So next time anything happens to any of my appliances, I will be calling them again….after all, I got their calling card.

There are certainly many repair companies out there right now but this company actually earned my respect for them and so I am sticking with them. There are tons of reasons that I liked about them but mainly it’s because of their quick response and great client relationship even with the person on the phone who sets the appointments. Also, their service offers no hidden costs and I always get an explanation on what’s going on with my piece. All in all, I like how they do things and so I’m with them.

What I liked about their service is that their technicians are very knowledgeable on what they are doing. Unlike other repair companies that need to come back into your house over and over again resulting to multiple charges! That is basically just a rip off! But with them, their technicians are very skilled that they can even diagnose on what’s wrong with your unit even just over the phone. I will definitely get back with them something will comeup soon
