The technician lied to us (telling us there was a crack in the core of the furnace) and that we'd need to fix it or it would be dangerous. We called TWO other companies to come and check the furnace, and neither of them found any problem. The other companies even took pictures to show us that the core was NOT cracked. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
