Arbor Crest Apartments in Raleigh is unfair to renters. Arbor Crest apartments could be a more flexible about their parking policy. Don't dare park your vehicle without a sticker in normal parking cause you won't get a courtesy don't park here sticker on your vehicle it will just be towed with out warning. Then to get it from the tow company they have a contract with will cost you $100. It wouldn't be a problem if they would allowed the people who lived there that owned more then one vehicle to have more then 1 parking pass. Even if I had to pay for it I'm sure it wouldn't cost the $100 it's going to take to get it back from the tow yard. I could understand if where I live in this apartment complex had a parking issue but there is not less then half of the parking lot is full at the most.The apartment itselfs not bad but the door sill peeled off the door letting cold air in and it has yet to be fixed even after talking to the maintence guy directly about it and that was almost 2...
