Arbor Post Acute in Chico, CA is a post-acute care center offering short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. We focus on personalized, goal-oriented care designed to help patients achieve maximum independence, with therapy beginning within 24 hours of admission and continuing up to five times weekly. Our comprehensive services include 24-hour skilled nursing staffed by an interdisciplinary team (physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers), long-term care support for daily living activities, complex wound care (including ostomies, diabetic ulcers, pressure wounds), and compassionate hospice services. Our main focus is the safety, wellness, and healing of our patients.
