DO NOT TRUST ARNOLD JONES.We had him do a lot of work for us and he screwed up more than i could believe and then billed us for it! Paid him to rebuild the motor in our unit. It broke 6 months later. He would not return my calls. Had him do some work under the house. Before he began that work, all of our air ducts were in tact. Afterward, all of them had been jarred loose. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost to fix them! After he broke them! His explanation was that a dog or a cat must have gotten under the house and pulled all of the duct work down. Unbelievable! Then, I got a bill for $183.00. His reputation in town is a no good con-artist and thief. Beware of any dealings with anyone associated with Arnold Jones in High Point, N.C
