Arte Cafe is a great Italian restaurant to dine on the upper west side. Cheery atmosphere, good people, good service, but amazing food. I've eaten here a few times and both times I was very pleased. Take your time and enjoy Arte Cafe, the pace is not rushed by any stretch and the atmosphere really encourages you to just relax and enjoy dining with good company.
