He is the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of VitalRx, a national specialty pharmacy organization he built from the ground up, scaling revenue from zero to over $125 million while expanding to multiple accredited locations across the United States.
Under his leadership, VitalRx secured contracts with top pharmaceutical manufacturers including CSL, Bayer, AbbVie, Janssen, and Genentech, and obtained access to narrow PBM networks that positioned the company to compete with major industry players such as Optum and Express Scripts. Dustin serves as the Northern Region Senior Director of Patient Advocacy and business development, bringing both professional expertise and personal experience to my role. Living with Hemophilia A, Dustin has been actively involved in the bleeding disorders community from a very young age, which has shaped his passion for supporting patients and families facing similar challenges.
With over a decade of experience in the specialty pharmacy industry, Dustin joined ASAP Specialty Pharmacy in July 2024, where he focusses on delivering a holistic care approach that addresses not only the medical needs of patients but also the broader challenges families encounter. Dustin believes true advocacy means being a resource for anything families may need—whether it’s directly related to bleeding disorders or part of their everyday lives.

In April 2024, Drew Kochera joined the ASAP Specialty Pharmacy team as Social Media Manager. Born with severe Hemophilia A, Drew faced many health challenges throughout his life, yet his determination and refusal to give up on his goals have defined his journey. An award-winning filmmaker, Drew has built a strong presence through his creative talents and use of social media. He has been active in the hemophilia community since childhood and now brings his skills and passion to ASAP Specialty Pharmacy, where the possibilities for his impact are limitless.
