About us

​Our martial arts programs emphasize life-skills education. We offer a special environment that centers on teaching your child focus and discipline, which are key ingredients for success. Children who study martial arts do better in school, are more social, and are focused on having and achieving goals.

Through martial arts discipline and positive reinforcement your child will develop what we proudly call the three S’s: Self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-respect. We utilize the internationally recognized life-skills education system One Merit Badges to help kids learn the values of being goal oriented and passionate about excellence. Your child will develop an outgoing attitude and the ability to be his or her best.

Your child will build character in our classes as we reinforce the family values you teach at home. The will develop self-discipline, control, respect for adults and courtesy for others in a positive and fun learning environment.

We build healthy bodies and fitness awareness by making sure our students are always learning, sweating, and smiling.

Our qualified instructors offer a sensitive approach to the issues facing children in today’s society, teaching them basic safety and awareness for bully defense and stranger danger.
