From making the initial appointment, testing, deciding which hearing program I needed to receiving and fine tuning the device - the entire process could not have been more professional and yet very individually directed. Everyone at the ascent office was very helpful. Dr. Smith helped me with my first hearing aids, and I am very happy with what I can hear with them.

was apprehensive, as many are, about making the transition to having to use hearing aids...it's not like getting glasses, as many would agree.
But from the moment I came to Marci's office and was tested, and followed her explanations of the results, and then was fitted for the devices - it was calming through and through. Not bad, considering I had told Marci early on that I have ADD and would skip around with my questions and would need her to repeat things often.

My Mother is 85 years old and recently relocated from SC to live here in VA. Setting up new physicians was time consuming but we found the doctors and staff at Ascent Audiology. What a difference in her quality of life thanks to the patience extended by by everyone at Ascent. Thank you, thank you!
