About us
Ashley Smith board certified family nurse practitioner. Ashley and her husband founded Active Medical Group and she has over 18 years of combined healthcare experience. She graduated with honors from Frontier Nursing University with her Masters in Science and Nursing in 2019.
She specializes in management of diabetes, hypertension, asthma, migraines, women’s health, anxiety, depression, dermatology, thyroid disease, weight loss, hormone replacement and wellness care. She cares for patients of all ages.
Ashley is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals for optimum health and wellness. She can easily establish trusting relationships with her patients and has a holistic approach that is evidenced-based.
