Dr. Rafique received his medical degree from the Khyber Medical College. He subsequently completed research fellowship in echocardiography and heart valve diseases at Cedars-Sinai followed by internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Cedars-Sinai/West Los Angeles VA.
