We are a part of the American Taekwondo Association, which is the largest martial arts organization in the world. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that focuses on blocks, strikes, and kicks. We offer classes for all ages starting at 3 years old. Our goal is to offer a program that will encourage you to show positive characteristics, strengthen your mind and body, and instill the courage needed to continuously display these traits.
