We called Atlanta Appliance Repair to fix our fridge. As soon as he got here, he told us the fridge had to be defrosted for him to analyze the problem and he didn't want to charge us for the visit or the first analysis. When he came after the defrosting, he checked out the fridge and told us it did not pay to patch it up; charged for the minimum visit only (despite coming twice) and even gave us some good suggestions on where to get a replacement. I liked that he did not try to sell us on costly repairs that wouldn't have resulted in more than a quick patch-up job bound to fail in the long run. I appreciated his honesty and frankness. He also seemed to really know what he was talking about.
