I was treated to Atma Wholistic Day Spa for my birthday this year. It was FABULOUS! The atmosphere is so soothing and relaxing. From the moment one walks in and the great smells engross you to the minute one leaves it is a wonderful experience.

After the birth of my son, Atma Wholistic Day Spa became a heaven of healing and restoration for me. As a new mom, the awkward postures I found myself executing on a daily basis turned a chronic neck issue into a source of acute pain and discomfort. The first day Mary opened her business i was in such pain i could hardly walk, i ran into Mary by accident and she gave me a massage that night, she stayed till 7:00pm so she could see me. All I can say is WOW! i walked out with less pain, but the next morning i woke up a totally new person, pain free. I have been seeing Mary for years. I am an avid walker and golfer and i am always in too much of a hurry to stretch and prepare my body in advance. Whenever my body is in need of repair Mary is the person i go to. She always makes me feel better, wether it is back pain, shin issues, hand cramps, shoulder or neck ( i have a herniated disk) she manages to fix it. Exceptional. In one word, Mary Sullivan is exactly that, and more. Mary Sullivan can be trusted to consistently deliver world class massage therapy. Her hands are intuitive, exceptionally well trained, and experienced. I have experienced massage therapy all over the world, and Mary is one of the very best. I consider myself very fortunate to have her as part of my health and wellness team. I see her regularly. She exudes warmth, gentle humor, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Her lovely day spa is a reflection of those very qualities. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I used to drive all the way to Vacaville, CA to get my nails done because I counldn’t find anyone nearby to do them, until I heard of Atma Wholistic Day Spa. Now I look forward to it every month and always feel welcome. I also love how the staff works with your schedule.
