Despite a very positive relationship in the beginning, that is, they were quick to see my family when we initially moved to the area; I have seen very little positive reinforcement of that relationship since. Often I have found the staff to be rude, and seemingly irritated when asking questions. This obvious irritation is translated through the phone by loud sighs and by not letting you speak when asking for clarification. They seem to regard such clarifying questions as an affront to their instructions.
