About us
Aaron Hall is a Minneapolis business attorney focusing on business law, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation. For more than fifteen years, he has served as a trusted advisor to small and midsize business owners, especially those without in-house counsel. His work centers on helping clients protect their companies, improve operations, and avoid preventable legal problems in a practical, business-minded way.
Aaron earned his J.D., cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, in Marketing Management and Innovation from Concordia University. He is admitted to practice before the Minnesota Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, among others. Over the years, peers and publications have recognized his work, including honors such as listings among America’s Top 50 Lawyers and Super Lawyers’ “Top Business Attorneys” in Minneapolis.
In addition to his law practice, Aaron regularly teaches business owners and professionals about contracts, compliance, employment issues, and intellectual property.
