Don't live here!!! We had a miserable experience living here. The appliances were garbage. Everything from the dishwasher to the refrigerator.
We had asked for the dishwasher to be fixed over and over again and maintance came but it was never fixed. The refrigerator was tiny and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. The oven rarely worked and always had to be fixed.
The walls are so thin I heard when my next door neighbor took a shower...I would actually hear the water running from my bedroom. The bathrooms were so small that you couldn't open the door without hitting toilet bowl. The heat and the A/C were terrible. It would be hot upstairs and freezing downstairs. In the dead of winter we could never get it hot enough in the living room since the downstairs was so poorly insulated. And in the summer our bedroom upstairs couldn't get cool enough. Not only did we pay a lot in utilities because of this but our rent was so high.
In this case you don't get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!
