At this Avera clinic, you’ll find outpatient mental health care and counseling to help you during times of stress, grief, loss and other difficult emotions. This clinic is inside the Avera Professional Plaza, near the intersection of 33rd Street and Cliff Avenue in Sioux Falls, SD. We welcome patients for behavioral health services in Suite 100, and addiction care in Suite 200.
