Axis Home Healthcare is a group of seasoned medical professionals offering home healthcare—including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and skilled nursing services—all in the comfort and convenience of wherever you call “home,” including assisted and independent living communities.
Small enough to care about each patient, yet large enough to start right away, the four-star Medicare-certified agency provides care “that revolves around you.” A physician’s order prior to initiation of care is required. Cases are started in a timely fashion and scheduled at your convenience.
Director of Operations Nick Hinkle is a working physical therapist who encourages patient-centric care that meets patients’ physical and emotional needs. The care takes place after a hospital or skilled nursing stay or whenever a physician feels home care is needed. They know what it takes to put patients on their path to rapid recovery and improved functionality.
These therapists take pride in their work and help people return to themselves and thrive.
Though based in Medina, the therapists will go to homes throughout Medina, Summit and Wayne counties and surrounding areas.
