Following an initial consultation, we will develop a personalized ayurveda wellness plan with customized recommendations for nourishment, movement, herbal support, and breathwork. Initial consultation, with follow up plan, and free Ayurveda workbook: $100.00 for first time customers. We also offer ongoing services.
