I shopped around for awhile before I came to B & C and found selecting tile for my kitchen to be alittle overwhelming. They helped me find the tile that complimented my countertop at a price I could afford. Their tile installer was very professional and he did such a beautiful job! Plus he cleaned up after himself every day so I almost didn't know he was there. I'm so glad I went there.

B&C was knowledgable about what floor for what application. We ended-up going with an engineered floor since it was extending into the bathroom. Installation was timely and of superior workmanship. Again, since it was wood in a bath, floor was floated and glued as well as nailed down. Combination should be impervious to water.
I wanted someone who could do the job, A to Z, and do it well. B&C turned out to be a wise visit.

I used B & C Floor Store after shopping at several other stores in the area. I found that they were very knowledgeable and helped me to choose the best flooring for my needs. I actually purchased Pergo tiles for my kitchen, laminate flooring for my dining room, carpeting for my living room, and vinyl for my bathroom. All the flooring came in on time, and they were very flexible in working with my family's schedule when setting up the appointments for the various installations. I found the installers to be very professional and polite. The flooring was installed to my complete satisfaction and on time. I was so happy with the results, that I returned to purchase tile for my front entryway. I would definitely recommend this flooring store to anyone who is looking for personal service and a great variety of products.

Absolutely do NOT use this company to do your flooring. They have no hands on expertise (they contract out installation). They do not guarantee their work and they lack business ethics. They're real nice when you put down the deposit but once and issue arises, get ready for the that's not our responsibility line. My floor is so poorly installed that my friends think that I did it myself. It turns out that an independent floorer came and examined B & C's work and noted that the subfloor was not properly repaired. It was reckless on their part to install a floor without properly leveling the surface (they tried to but it wasn't good enough)
