It is not their fault for shipping a defective product - twice.
It is their fault, however, for having terribly poor customer service. They rarely respond to email - you have to call them to get anything done. They schedule delivery, don't deliver on the agreed-upon date, and you have to call them to in order to confirm that that they won't, in fact, be arriving with your product today. This happened more than once in my case.
In short, Customer Service is completely unreliable. It is March and I am still trying to resolve the issue with the product that I bought in late December.
I recommend finding another retail outlet from which to make your purchase. The same products can be found in other stores.
