I came to Babycakes on a whim one lazy saturday, then came back a week later! Yes, it may be in the middle of nowhere, but I just bought a dozen and stashed them in the fridge so I wouldn't be tempted to eat them all at once- it is that tempting. To think, I almost didn't buy an oreo cupcake that first time- that would have been a fatal error! That cupcake is the cupcake that all shops should aspire to- it's outrageous. I wish I could come on a weekday so I could try some of their daily specials!

Can I just say how wonderful the cupcakes are at BabyCakes! I live in Somerville, yes I know Kickass Cupcakes is right around the corner from me, but I would travel around the world to have one of the red velvet treats from BabyCakes! They have everything from your traditional chocolate and vanilla cupcakes to caramel filled, banana chocolate, Oreo cookie, Boston Cream, and the wonderful Red Velvet. They always have daily specials to entice you to make frequent visits. If I lived closer to BabyCakes I would really be in trouble!
